Trader Joe's sells this delicious instant miso soup. all you have to do is add hot water! its very tasty, but a little meager. to turn this consomme into a hearty soup I add a block of tofu (diced) and today I threw in a few leaves of fresh spinach. it makes for a very heart healthy meal <3
ps. this is NOT vegan/veg.... because the instant soup mix contains some fish ingredients.
